What this is

AI Tools Insider is an independent review site for small business owners, freelancers, and solo operators who want to use AI tools without wasting money on ones that don't deliver.

We test tools ourselves, with our own paid accounts, on real tasks. We don't accept sponsored content or paid placements. Our opinions aren't for sale.

How we test

Every tool gets at least 2 weeks of real use across actual work tasks — not cherry-picked demo prompts. We measure: time saved, edit rate (how much the output needed changing), and whether we'd personally keep paying for it after the review.

How we make money

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you click and sign up for a tool, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. This is disclosed on every article where it applies.

Our affiliate relationships don't change our ratings. Tools we think are overpriced or underperform get that verdict regardless of whether they have an affiliate program.
